The Fund has appointed 788 Asset Management Ltd as its
Investment Advisor, a company organized under the laws of the
Cayman Islands.
The Investment Advisor has appointed TWO sub-advisers to co-manage
the fund:
.Heritage Fund Management SA,
HFM is the fund management subsidiary of Heritage Bank & Trust, an independent, privately held Geneva-based Bank specialized in global wealth management.
.Michel ARTAUD, an economist and fund manager who has 15
years experience in the financial markets of Asia and China.
•.Heritage Fund Management SA subsidiary of Heritage Bank
& Trust who manages in excess of USD 2.5 Bln
for HNWI and Institutional clients worldwide and employs 100 staff.
Its fields of expertise are macro-economic research and global asset
allocation as well as external manager selection and multi manager
funds of funds.
Heritage Bank & Trust has substantial expertise in creating,
administering and marketing investment vehicles worldwide with
dedicated teams and systems for risk controls and administration.
Jacques MECHELANY, Director of Heritage Fund Management SA
is responsible for the execution of the sub-advisory
mandate.
• Michel ARTAUD, a French national, has more than 30 years
experience in the financial markets and more than 15 years of
specialization on Asia and China. He already manages a Luxemburg
-based Fund that
invests in Chinese equities as well as a
Global South East Asian
Equity Fund.
• In March 2004, Mr ARTAUD received the “Best Performing
Manager” Asian Equity ex-Japan Award by Fund Manager
International.
• The Fund is managed on a day-to-day basis by two dedicated
Portfolio Managers with a combined 21 years of experience in the
financial markets with major financial institutions :
